Abstract: Pull through operation for stenosis of posterior urethra has performed 11 cases.In 10 of them micturition became normal after operation,and only in one there was a failue.Therefore the results were relatively satisfactory.The essential for this operation was briefly elucidated and the indication of the operation and several problems met at operation were discussed.Considering the tendency in recent literatures and their clinical experience,the writers believe that pull-through operation for stenosis of urethra may be accepted as the operation of choise in the presence of difficulty in the electroexcision or electrocautery through urethroscope.
