血培养中病原菌的分布及耐药性分析

Distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria in blood culture

  • 摘要: 目的: 了解2007年血培养中常见病原菌的分布与耐药情况,为临床合理使用抗生素提供依据。方法: 采用美国BD公司BACTEC9050进行血液培养,美国Walkaway96全自动微生物分析仪进行微生物鉴定和药敏实验。结果: 1129份血培养标本中,分离出病原菌172株,阳性率为15.2%。主要病原菌有凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌、大肠埃希氏菌、屎肠球菌、肺炎克雷伯菌。结论: 血培养病原菌出现多耐药鲍曼不动杆菌;ESBLs菌株检出率升高,真菌感染病例增加。

     

    Abstract: Objective: To study the distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria in blood culture in 2007 for the rational use of antibiotics in clinical practice. Methods: BACTEC9050(BD Company,USA) was used to culture blood from patients in our hospital.The Walkaway 96 automatic microorganism analyzer(USA) was used to identify species and test the sensitivity of antibiotics. Results: A total of 172 pathogenic bacterial strains were isolated from 1 129 blood samples.The positive rate was 15.2%.Gram-positive cocci,Gram-negative bacilli and fungi accounted for 45.9%,43.6%,and 10.5%,respectively.The main pathogenic bacteria were CNS,E.coli,E.faecalim,and K.pneumoniae.Staphylococci and enterocci were not resistant to vancomycin.ESBL produced 37.9% of E.coli and 25.0% of K.pneumoniae.Six pathogenic strains had multi drugresistance to A.baumannii. Conclusion: multidrug-resistance to A.baumannii occurs in blood culture.ESBL-produced strains and cases infected with fungi increase.
