摘要: 目标考评是现代化医院管理的重要内容。而当目标考评指标确立后,能够采用科学、高效、简明、方便的考评方法至关重要,直接关系考评效果。为此,作者将现代化信息技术应用于医技科室的目标考评管理中,开发应用“医技科室目标考评管理系统”,使目标考评工作更加科学、客观、公正。

Abstract: Objective and assess management is an important method in modern hospital administration.The objective and assess management system was developed as content details of those in our hospital.In our system modern information technology was used for the personal management of medical-technical departments.With the help of this new assess system,the assess（results） will be more sientifically effective and more objectively impartial.
