Abstract:
Objective: To study the 19 kinds of lymphocyte phenotype before and after in vitro amplified from 35 malignant tumor patients’ peripheral blood lymphocyte.
Methods: The lymphocyte cells and mononuclear cells from peripheral blood of malignant tumor patients were induced and amplified, and the flow cytometry was used to detect the percentage of CD3
+,etc.19 type cells in effector cells, and then their percentages before and after the in vitro amplification were compared.
Results: After amplification, the percentage of CD3

Conclusion: After amplification, the effector cells have the cytotoxic activity that can directly kill the tumor cells.
