Abstract: We treated 2l cases of spondylolisthesis with reduction fixation(RF) system for reduction and with bone grafting in intervertebral space for fusion,The results show:16 cases were total reduction 5 cases were patial reduction. Fellow-up lasted 6 months to 24 months,All patients showed bony healing and no relaxation of internal fixation and no loss of correctness. We consider:the structure of RF system is convenient to implant;the reduction is satisfactive;the fixed vertebral segments are less and the effect of operation on lumbar function is less;reduction and fusion were finished one time.
