5种中药提取物体外抗病毒药效学研究

Curative effects of 5 Chinese herbal medicines and their composite on anti-virus in vitro

摘要: 目的:探讨中药板兰根、黄芪、贯众、紫花地丁、大黄提取物体外抗病毒作用机制。方法:采用体外细胞培养法、染料摄入法检测5种中药抗病毒作用,以改变给药时间、途径,探讨5种中药抗病毒作用环节。结果:5种中药具有明显的抗呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)、抗柯萨奇病毒A₁₆、柯萨奇病毒B₁、柯萨奇病毒B₃、柯萨奇病毒B₄的作用。结论:5种中药有较强的抗病毒作用。

Abstract: Objective:To study effects on spectrum and anti-virus mechanism of 5 Chinese herbal medicines and their composite in vitro.Methods: The inhibition effect of 5 Chinese herbal medicines and their composite on various virus was observed with methods of tissue and cell culture,absorption of dye,and the anti-virus process were studied by drug-administration at different time.Results: 5 Chinese herbal medicines and their composite had obvious anti-virus effect on RSV virus,Cosackie virus,A₁₆,B₁,B₃,B₄.Conclusion: 5 Chinese herbal medicines has multi-anti-virus effects.
