Fetal liver transplantation（FLT）in a child with acute promyelocytic leukemia（APL）Follow-up for two years

Abstract: This paper reported a 12-year old boy with APL who has survived symptom-free for two years after FLT,The experiences in using allogeneic FLT to treat this disease including the conditioning regimen of CY 60mg/kg×2,DNR20mg×1,TBI 5.5GY（0.13GY/min）,the regimen of FLT and management after FLT,including traditional Chinese medicine,were recommended.
