Abstract: Objective To study the clinical features,diagnosis and prognosis factors of ovarian granular cell tumor（GCT）. Methods Clinical data about 25 GCT patients were retrospectively analyzed with its clinical characteristics,clinical stage,treatment and prognosis summarized. Results The 5-and 10-year survival rates were 100% and 89.5% for patients at clinical stage 1,80% and 60% for those at clinical stage 2,100% and 88% for those with high differentiation,91% and 81% for those moderate differentiation,and 80% and 60% for those with low differentiation,respectively. Conclusion Clinical stage and differentiation of GCT are the major factors for the prognosis of GCT patients.
