腰椎间盘突出症再次手术治疗196例

Reoperation of recurrence of herniated intervertebral disk of 196 cases

摘要: 1980年以来手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症1923例,再次手术107例,再手术率5.6%,2例再手术2次。外院手术后效果不佳来院再次手术89例。再次手术优良率79.6%。对椎间盘术后效果欠佳和复发,只要诊断明确,应积极手术治疗。

Abstract: Since 1980,We have operated herniated intervertebral disk 1923 cases and reoperated 107 cases,The reoperative rate was 5.6%,2 cases were reoperated two times.The reoperative patients came from other hospital were 89 cases.The excellent rate is 79.6%,If recurrence happened and the diagnoses were definite,we suggest that reoperation should be performed actively.
