Transcatheter closure of secundum atrial septal defects using amplatzer device

摘要: 目的: 为评价经导管用蘑菇双盘封堵继发孔型心房间隔缺损的可行性,报告经导管封堵继发孔型ASD临床研究。方法: 1997年8月1999年9月,诊断30例继发孔型ASD。结果: 所有患者都能正确置放蘑菇双盘,即刻完全封堵ASD。无一例发生蘑菇双盘栓塞和任何并发症。术后2 4h至1年用TTE复查,仍被完全封堵。结论: 经导管用蘑菇双盘封堵继发孔型ASD是一种有效的非手术方法。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the feasibility of transcatheter closure of secundum atrial septal defects using Amplatzer occluder device.This paper, however, is to report on our clinical research with this device. Methods: Between August in 1997 to September in 1999, secundum atrial septal defects for 30 patients was diagnosed. Results: The device was placed correctly in all patients. There was immediate and complete closure in all patients. There was no episode of device embolization or any other complication. From first day to 1 year after operation, there was complete closure of the ASD in all patients. Conclusion: Transcatheter closure of secundum atrial septal defects using Amplatzer occluder device was an efficient nonsurgical method.
