D-半乳糖老化模型小鼠抗氧化能力的实验研究

Changes in anti-oxidative ability of brain in D-galactose induced senile mice

  • 摘要: 目的: 研究D-半乳糖脑老化模型小鼠脑组织抗氧化能力的变化。方法: 实验动物随机分为正常对照组和衰老模型组,通过给小鼠腹腔注射D-半乳糖建立衰老动物模型。8周后,处死小鼠制备大脑皮层电镜标本和脑组织生化指标的测定。结果: 衰老模型组小鼠大脑超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性下降,丙二醛(MDA)、脂褐素含量升高,一氧化氮(NO)水平下降。结论: D-半乳糖衰老模型小鼠脑组织抗氧化能力下降。

     

    Abstract: Objective:To observe the changes in anti-oxidative ability of brain in aging mice induced by D-galactose.(Methods:)Mice were divided into two groups : normal control group and senile model group.Mice in senile model group were injected with D-galactose 150mg kg-1by intra peritoneum,while the controls were given normal saline per day.Eight weeks later,mice were killed to make electron microscope specimens and to observe the changes of anti-oxidative ability of brain.Results:In senile model group,the activities of SOD and NOS decreased,the levels of MDA and lipofuscin increased and the NO level decreased.Conclusions:The Anti-oxidative ability of brain in D-galactose induced senile mice decreased.
