Abstract: Objective: To explore the methods in the treatment of multi pelvic fracture treated with external fixator. Methods: use of external fixator treated the pelvic and limbs fracture rapid. Results: The broken bone were all union, without and pelvic deformity, and the function of the limbs are completely recovered. Conclusion: The external fixator not only can be used simply and quickly to fix the pelvic fracture and the fracture, to control effectively the bleeding and pain of the broken bone（fracture）, but also to keep the integrity and stability of the pelvic The results show it is a advantage technique to the following treatment and care.
