红外线对大鼠睾丸脂质过氧化作用的影响

Effect of infrared rays on lipid peroxidation in testis of rats

  • 摘要: 目的 通过研究红外线对大鼠睾丸脂质过氧化作用,探讨红外线对睾丸生殖功能的影响。方法 采用不同波段的红外线对大鼠睾丸局部照射,并与对照组进行比较,研究不同组别睾丸组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(GST)的活性及丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)的含量等指标。结果 红外线照射大鼠睾丸组织中MDA含量升高、GSH含量下降,各照射组与对照组比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01);SOD、GSH-Px及GST活性均降低,与对照组比较差异均有统计学差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论 红外线照射可造成睾丸组织抗氧化能力降低,脂质过氧化作用增强,这可能是红外线对睾丸的生殖功能造成损害的重要原因之一。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of infrared ray radiation on reproduction functions of rat testis by studying its role in lipid peroxidation. Methods Rat testis was irradiated with infrared rays at different waves.Activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxide(GSH-Px),glutathione-S-transferase(GST),and levels of molondialdehyde(MDA) and GSH in rat testis tissue were measured. Results Compared with control group,the level of MDA was significantly higher and the level of GSH was significantly lower(P<0.05,P<0.01),while the activity of SOD,GSH-Px and GST was significantly lower in rat testis tissue(P <0.05,P<0.01) after infrared ray irradiation. Conclusion Declined antioxidant enzymes and increased lipid peroxidation are the reason why infrared ray radiation has effects on rat testiss.
