长期服用低剂量硝酸镧对大鼠肾脏的影响

Effect of low dosage La(NO33 on the defence function of free radical in rats kidney

  • 摘要: 目的:探讨长期口服低剂量硝酸镧对大鼠肾脏自由基防御机能的影响。方法:采用肾组织匀浆生化测定法,观察不同剂量混合稀土硝酸镧(20.0 mg/kg、10.0 mg/kg、2.0 mg/kg、0.2 mg/kg、0.1 mg/kg)灌胃6个月后,大鼠肾组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、脂质过氧化物(LPO)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)含量的变化。结果:20.0 mg/kg和10.0 mg/kg组大鼠Cu-ZnSOD和CAT含量均较对照组显著降低,而GSH-Px和LPO含量均较对照组显著升高;2.0 mg/kg、0.2 mg/kg、0.1 mg/kg组Cu-ZnSOD和CAT含量均较对照组显著升高,而LPO含量均较对照组显著降低,GSH-Px与对照组无显著差异。结论:较高剂量的硝酸镧可以使大鼠肾脏脂质过氧化反应增强,清除自由基的能力下降;较低剂量的硝酸镧能抑制自由基的产生,降低体内过氧化物的含量,提高抗氧化酶的活性。

     

    Abstract: Objective: To investigate effect of low dosage La(NO33 on the defence function of free radical in rats kidney.Methods: The activities of Cu-ZNSOD,CAT,LPO and GSH-Px in the rat kidney were studied by means of biochemical measure after rat were given different doses of La(NO33 for 6 months respectively.Results: The levels of Cu-ZnSOD and CAT in the 10.0 and 20.0 mg/kg of having taken La(NO33 for 6 months were reduced,but the levels of LPO and GSH-Px were increased.The levels of Cu-ZnSOD and CAT in the 2.0、 0.2 and 0.1 mg/kg of having taken La(NO33 for 6 months were increased,but the levels of LPO were reduced,the levels of GSH-Px did not obvious difference.Conclusion: The changing about Cu-ZnSOD、 CAT、 GSH-Px and LPO may be related to the dosages.
