复方天葡片对大鼠+10Gz暴露后血液流变学的影响

Effect of Fufang Tianpu tablet extraction on hemorheological changes in rats after +10Gz exposure

  • 摘要: 目的 观察复方天葡片提取物对+10Gz暴露后大鼠血液流变学指标的影响。方法 60只雄性SD大鼠随机分为5组:对照组,+10Gz组,"复方天葡片"低剂量防护组、"复方天葡片"中剂量防护组、"复方天葡片"高剂量防护组,每组12只。暴露方案:+10Gz,持续5min。于+Gz应激后采集抗凝血,进行血流变学相关指标的检测。结果 与对照组相比,+10Gz组的高、中、低切全血黏度均显著升高;与+10Gz组相比,给药组高、中、低切全血黏度明显下降。+10Gz组红细胞压积与对照组相比显著升高(P<0.01),给予药物后红细胞压积回降明显,与+10Gz组比有明显降低(P<0.01)。低、中剂量组的全血高、中切还原黏度与+10Gz组相比明显降低,与对照组接近。结论 复方天葡片提取物对+10Gz暴露后大鼠血液流变学改变有明显保护作用。

     

    Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of Fufang Tianpu tablet extraction on hemorheological changes in rats after +10Gz exposure. Methods Sixty male SD rats were randomly divided into control group,+10Gz group,and low,medium,high dose Fufang Tianpu tablet extraction groups.The rats were exposed to +10Gz for 5min.Anti-coagulated blood was collected from rats after +10Gz exposure and hemorheological parameters were detected. Results The low,medium and high shear blood viscosity was obviously higher in +10Gz group than in control group(P<0.05),and significantly lower in +10Gz group than in low,medium and high dose Fufang Tianpu tablet extraction groups(P<0.05).The hematocrit was significantly higher in +10Gz group than in control group(P<0.01) and significantly lower in +10Gz group than in low,medium and high dose Fufang Tianpu tablet extraction groups(P<0.01).The middle and high reduction shear blood viscosity was significantly lower in low and medium dose Fufang Tianpu tablet extraction groups than in +10Gz group(P<0.01) and similar with that in control group. Conclusion Fufang Tianpu tablet extraction can protect rats against changes in hemorheology after exposure to +10Gz.
