微波针灸对冠心病治疗前后血浆心钠素水平的观察

Studies of plasma cardionatrin levels in coronary heart disease treated with microwave acupuncture

摘要: 本文应用放射免疫方法,对28例冠心病患者微波治疗前后以及20例正常人的血浆心钠素含量进行了测定。结果表明:冠心病组治疗前血浆心钠素含量明显低于正常对照组(p<0.01)和治疗后的含量(P<0.01)。而治疗后的含量与正常对照组之间则无显著差别(P>0.05)。冠心病组中,18例无高血压的患者,治疗前后血浆心钠素含量无明显差别(P>0.05)。10例合并高血压的患者,治疗前后血浆心钠素含量则相差非常显著(P<0.01)。

Abstract: Plasma cardionatrin level （PCL） was determined with radioimmunoassay method in 20 healthy subjects and 28 patients with coronary heart disease （CHD） during pre-and post-treatment period with microwave acupuncture. The results showed that PCL in the patients with CHD during pretreatment was significanty lower than in the patients during post-treatment （P＜0.01） and in the healthy subjects （P＜0.01）. There was no significant difference between PCL in the patient with CHD during post-treatment and in the healthy subjects （P＞0.05）. There was signtificant difference of PCL during pre and post-treatment（P＜0.01）. In 10 patients with CHD complicated by hypertension, the PCL in 18 patients with normotension is not signtificanty differents between pre and post-treatment （P＞0.05）. Finally, the mechanism of change in PCL in the patients with CHD during pre and post-treatment was briefly discussed.
