Abstract:
Objective: To observe the change of hepatic function of the rabbit hemorrhagic shock and resuscitation model by infusing the different temperature fluids.
Methods: After the rabbit hemorrhagic shock model was successfully duplicated, the 30 rabbits were randomized to four groups, receiving hypothermic fluid(10.7±1.6)℃, normothermic fluid(20.6±1.3)℃and hyperthermic fluid(39.5±1.3)℃.The urine volume, urine specific gravity, Cr and urea were examined at baseline, shock and resuscitation phases(1 h,2 h,4 h).
Results: fluids infusions are propitious to the improve of renal function. The hyperthermic is the best choose.
Conclusion: hemorrhagic shock may result in abnormal renal function. The infusion of hyperthermic fluids can more effectively improve renal function than normothermic fluids and hypothermic fluids.
