糖尿病大鼠脑细胞钙沉积及缺血后的变化

Intracellular calcium deposits in diabetic rat brain and their changes after ischemia

  • 摘要: 目的:研究糖尿病时脑组织的病理变化,探讨细胞内钙沉积对脑损伤的影响。方法:利用超微细胞化学钙染色方法观察STZ诱发糖尿病大鼠脑组织细胞内钙的分布及缺血后的变化。结果:电镜观察显示糖尿病大鼠脑组织细胞内钙沉积明显增加,缺血后神经细胞及胶质细胞突起内出现明显的钙积聚。结论:结果提示细胞内钙沉积可能参与了糖尿病对神经细胞的损伤以及高血糖加重脑组织缺血性损伤过程。

     

    Abstract: Objective:to study the pathological changes of brain in diabetic rats and to investigate further the relation between intracellular calcium deposits and brain tissue damage.Methods:intracellular calcium deposits in brain of STZ induced-diabetic rats and ischemic diabetic rats were observed by ultrastructural calcium cytochemical method. Results:increased amounts of calcium precipitate were detected in diabetic rat cerebral tissue by electron microscopic observation. The prominent calcium accumulation in ischemic neuron and enlarged glial processes were shown after temporary cerebral ischemia in diabetic rats.Conclusion:The results indicated that change of intracellular calcium in diabetic rat brain may participate in the progress of neuron damage in diabetes and acceleration of ischemic injury by hyperglycemia.
