肺癌手术前后血清铜锌超氧化物歧化酶性质及量的变化研究
Pre-and post-operative observations on the quality and quantity of serum copper-and zinc-containing superoside dismutase in patients with lung cancer

摘要: 本文报告16例肺癌患者血清铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(CuZn-SOD)性质及量的变化,并与10例良性胸部疾病作对照,结果显示:癌变组免疫学性质改变的铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(CuZn-SOD-Ⅰ)含量明显高于良性病变组。对11例切除原发灶的肺癌患者行手术前后对照,结果表明:术后CuZn-SOD-Ⅰ明显下降,铜锌超氧化物歧化酶总量(CuZn-SOD-C)、总超氧化物歧化酶活力(SOD-A)则升高。作者认为:肺癌可导致全身抗自由基损伤酶CuZn-SOD在性质及量上发生改变。Abstract: This paper presents changes of quality and quantity of serum copper-and zinc-containing Superoside dismutase（CuZn-SOD）in 16 patients with lung cancer,and 10 with non-cancerous thoracic lesions.The results showed that immunologically changed CuZn-SOD（CuZn-SOD-I）from cancer patients was much higher in concentration than that from non-cancerous patients（P＜0.01）.Comarisons were made between Pre-and post-operations in 11 case of lung cancer.It was indicated that post operative CuZn-SOD-I declinied significantly（P＜0.01）,while CuZn-SOD content（CuZn-SODC）and SOD activity（SOD-A）increased.We thus consider that lung cancer can cause the changes in CuZn-SOD not only in quantity,but also in quality.
