不同药物眼底血管造影副作用的分析

Clinical observation of the complications of fundus angiography with sodium fluorescein and indocyanine green

摘要: 目的:通过对荧光素钠、吲哚青绿及荧光素钠加吲哚青绿三种药物眼底血管造影副作用的观察及分析,为完善配合造影时的护理干预措施,提供依据。方法:对324例行不同药物眼底血管造影术患者分为荧光素钠组(FFA组)、吲哚青绿(ICGA组),荧光素钠加吲哚青绿组(同步组)对副作用进行观察并进行统计分析。结果:FFA组和同步组患者出现副作用频率明显高于ICGA组(P<0.05)。结论:对FFA组和同步组患者造影前做好心理护理准备急救物品,造影过程中严密观察可及时发现副作用并尽早处理,提高此项检查的安全性。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate complications of fundus angiography with sodium fluorescein, indocyanine green and both of them. Methods: Complications were investigated on a group of 324 consecutive cases under fundus angiography with sodium fluorescein and indocyanine green. Results: The group of fluorescein fundus angiography （FFA） and scanning laser ophthalmoscope （SLO） were significantly more likely to have complications compared with the group of indocyanine green angiography （IC-GA）. Conclusions: It is important to improve the safety of fundus angiography （FFA/SLO） by taking care of observation and proper psychological nursing care.
