老年人脑干听觉诱发电位在椎-基底动脉缺血性疾病的应用研究
Application and evaluation of BAEP in older subjects with vertebral-Basilar ischemic diseases

摘要: 本文报告应用脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)检测50例确诊的椎-基底动脉缺血性疾病并和脑CT扫描对照。50例BAEP异常者31例(62%)而脑CT显示脑干异常者仅15例(30%)。50例中22例进行BAEP动态观察,结果提示随病情好转BAEP亦好转。本文认为BAEP是安全、无创伤的检测方法,既有助于老年人椎-基底动脉缺血性疾病的早期诊断,又可做为动态观察病情转归的客观依据。Abstract: BAEP,compared with CT scanning,was studied in 50 cases of vertebral-basilar ischemic diseases.Of these,positive results of BAEP were obtained in 30（62%）cases,while only 15（30%） cases revealed abnrmat CT findings.Through dynamic observations it was proved that the improvement of BAEP findings was closely related to their clinical menifestations.BAEP is a feasible,save,nan-invasive examination,especially in the early diagnosis of vertebral-basilar ischemic diseases in older subjects.
