吸烟对肺胺代谢的影响

The influence of the lung metabolism in the smokers

摘要: 对8例健康不吸烟者,8例健康吸烟者,12例慢性阻塞性肺气肿（COPD）不吸烟者,7例COPD吸烟者及5例支气管哮喘不吸烟患者用¹³¹I—三甲基羟基—间碘—苯二胺(¹³¹I-HIPDM)进行肺胺代谢研究。发现吸烟是肺胺代谢功能的重要致伤因素。

Abstract: The influence of the lung metablism in smokers were observed with ¹³¹I-HIPDM. Prolongation of ¹³¹I-HIPDM clearance in the lung was exhibited in the smokers with COPD in the 60 minutes and the normal smokers, smokers with COPD in the 24 hours after ¹³¹I-HIPDM injection. The result indicates that smoking is an important factor for lung metabolic disturbance.
