康莱特增加肺癌细胞化疗敏感性的实验研究

KLT injection increases sensitivity of chemotherapeutic drugs to lung cancer cells

  • 摘要: 目的 寻找康莱特联合化疗药物(多西他赛,DDP)序贯治疗或同步治疗的最佳时机。方法 MTT比色法。结果 康莱特单药对人肺腺癌95D的生长有抑制和化疗增敏作用;康莱特先于化疗药物(多西他赛,DDP)加入对95D的抑制最强。结论 康莱特体外对肺癌细胞有抗肿瘤和化疗增敏作用;康莱特先于化疗药加入优于二者同时加入。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the sensitivity of KLT injection in combination with chemotherapeutic drugs such as TXT and DDP to lung cancer cells 95D in vitro,and find the optical time of their combination. Methods The sensitivity of KLT injection in combination with chemotherapeutic drugs such as TXT and DDP to lung cancer cells in vitro was detected by MTT assay. Results KLT injection could inhibit the growth of 95D cells and increase the sensitivity of chemotherapeutic drugs such as TXT and DDP to 95D cells(P<0.005). The inhibitory effect of KLT injection was much stronger than that of TXT and DDP. Conclusion KLT injection has anti-tumor effects and can sensitize 95D cells to TXT and DDP in vitro.
