胃酸减少与下呼吸道感染的相关性研究

Correlation between hypochlorhydria and lower respiratory tract infection

  • 摘要: 目的 研究人体胃内细菌数量与胃内pH值的关系,探讨胃酸减少是否能引起下呼吸道感染。方法 选择66例慢性胃炎患者,测胃液pH值,计数胃组织细菌培养数量。询问患者在胃组织培养前后共半年时间内是否服用抑酸药、有无下呼吸道感染的发生等。结果 需氧及厌氧条件下,胃内细菌数随pH值的增高而升高(P=0.000,P=0.001)。下呼吸道感染与胃酸减少(P=0.023)相关。结论 人体胃内细菌培养的数量与胃内pH值成正比,胃酸减少可能与下呼吸道感染关系密切。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the correlation between gastric bacterial number and pH value and whether hypochlorhydria can cause lower respiratory tract infection. Methods pH value was measured in gastric fluid from 66 patients with chronic gastritis.The number of aerobic and anaerobic bacteria was calculated respectively after gastric tissue was cultured.The patients were asked whether they administered gastric acid inhibiting drugs and had lower respiratory tract infection 6 months before and after gastric tissue culture. Results The number of aerobic(P=0.000)and anaerobic(P=0.001)bacteria was positively correlated with gastric pH value.Lower respiratory tract infection was closely related with hypochlorhydria(P=0.023). Conclusion The number of gastric bacteria is positively correlated with pH value in human stomach.Lower respiratory tract infection is closely related with hypochlorhydria.
