经后腹腔自制单孔腹腔镜无功能结核肾切除手术(附5例报告)

Home-made single-port retroperitoneal laparoscope nephrectomy for tuberculous non-functioning kidneys with a report of 5 cases

摘要: 目的探讨经后腹腔单孔腹腔镜肾切除手术的可行性及其安全性。方法 2010年8月-2011年2月共完成5例自制单孔腹腔镜行经后腹腔肾切除术。结果全部手术均成功,平均手术时间90(50-130)min。术中未出现器官损伤并发症,术后给予相应处理恢复良好,平均住院8(7-9)d。结论自制单孔腹腔镜通道行肾切除临床应用良好、费用降低且手术安全、有效。

Abstract: Objective To study the feasibility and safety of home-made single-port retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy for tuberculous non-functioning kidneys. Methods Home-made single-port retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy was performed for tuberculous nonfunctioning kidneys from August 2010 to February 2011 in 5 cases. Results Home-made single-port retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy was successful in 5 cases.The average operation time was 90min（range 50-130min）.No organ damage and complications occurred during the operation.After surgery,the patients recovered uneventfully with a hospital stay time of 8 days（range 7-9 days）. Conclusion Home-made single-port retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy is a safe and effective procedure for tuberculous non-functioning kidneys and its cost is low.
