红花注射液对人宫颈癌细胞株Hela体外增殖的影响

Effect of safflower injection on proliferation of human cervical cancer cells Hela

摘要: 目的:探讨红花注射液对人宫颈癌细胞株Hela的体外增殖的影响。方法:采用MTT法测定了不同浓度的红花注射液对人宫颈癌细胞株Hela的体外抑制作用,倒置显微镜观察细胞形态变化。结果:红花注射液浓度越高对Hela细胞抑制作用越好,作用时间越长抑制效果越强,量效关系和时效关系良好;形态学观察到细胞凋亡。结论:红花注射液对人宫颈癌细胞株Hela的细胞增殖有较强的抑制作用。

Abstract: Objective:To explore the effect of safflower injection on proliferation of human cervical cancer cells Hela.Methods:MTT assay was used to determine the human cervical cancer cells growth and inhibitory rates with various concentration of safflower injection,and the change of cells' shape was observed with upside-down microscope.Results:The higher concentration of Safflower injection to Hela,the higher inhibition effect there was.The inhibitory effect was observed stronger with time.Morphological observation showed cell apoptosis.Conclusions:Safflower injection has stronger inhibitory effect on growth of tumor cells Hela.
