鸡血藤对小鼠红细胞增殖的影响

Effect of Spatholobus Suberectus on the erythrocyte proliferation in mice

摘要: 目的：观察鸡血藤对贫血动物的红系细胞的影响。方法：采用腹腔注射盐酸苯肼和用⁶⁰Co照射的方法，形成小鼠骨髓抑制性贫血的模型，研究鸡血藤对小鼠的血象影响。结果和结论：鸡血藤可升高红血球、血红蛋白、红血球容积和红细胞分裂指数，并对早期红系祖细胞（BFU-E）和晚期造血红系祖细胞（CFU-E）的增殖有明显的刺激作用。。

Abstract: Objective: To study the effects of Spatholobus Suberectus on the mouse erythrocyte. Methods: The aplastis anemia model was established by injecting Phenylhydrazine hydrochloride and irradiating ⁶⁰Co-ray in mice. Results and conclusion: The results showed that the herb could increase erythrocyte, hemoglobin and red cellvolum, and stimulate BFU-E and CFU-E to proliterate.
