Abstract: Twenty patients with stricture of esophagus, or cardiuac and anastomatic. stricture alter operation of stomach, due to varius causes were reported. Thesestrictuies were dilated by plastic dilator under gastroendoscope. Totally 33 times of dilation were done. The diameter of strictures was dilated from 0.2—0.2cm to 0.9—1.1cm. And then the strictures of patients were removed. Dysphagia was thus relaxed. This operative progrom is simple, safe, without serious cumplication. This method of operation may be widely used in clinics.
