  • 摘要: 中介体复合物(mediator complex subunit,MED)是广泛存在于酵母和哺乳动物体内的一种高度保守的多蛋白体复合物,参与转录因子与RNA聚合酶Ⅱ(RNA polymerase Ⅱ,RNA pol-Ⅱ)间的信息传递过程。MED19作为人中介体复合物的亚基之一,与人生长发育,尤其是肿瘤发生发展密切相关。本文对人MED19基因的结构和生物学功能研究进展进行综述,为后续MED19研究提供依据与思路。
