Abstract: Objective To study the effect of Dermlin on perianal infection. Methods Sixty patients with perianal infection were randomly divided into observation group and control group（n=30）. Patients in observation group were treated with physiotherapy plus Dermlin, and patients in control group were treated with local dressings, Dermlin and physiotherapy. Curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results The curative effects were better in the observation group than in the control group（P＜0.01）. Conclusion Dermlin has an effective curative effect on perianal infection and can thus be used to alleviate the sufferings of such patients.
