缺氧和缺氧叠加FeCl3致大鼠肺动脉高压血管内皮损伤的比较研究

A comparative study on vascular endothelial injuries in two types of hypoxic pulmonary hypertension in rats

  • 摘要: 目的:本实验观察了单纯缺氧及反映炎症因素影响的缺氧叠加静注三氯化铁(FeCl3)所致缺氧性肺动脉高压模型肺血管内皮细胞损伤的变化及差别。方法:应用肺动脉微飘浮导管技术及电镜技术、细胞分离技术观察MPAP,CEC,NO及MDA等指标。结果:缺氧2周后,血CEC、NO、MDA升高,4周时各值高于2周组。缺氧叠加三氯化铁组各值高于单纯缺氧组(P<0.01)结论:缺氧叠加FeCl3致肺动脉高压血管内皮的损伤重于单纯缺氧组,可较好反映炎症因素参与肺动脉高压发病中的作用

     

    Abstract: Objective: To compare the vascular endothelial injuries between two different types of hypoxia and hypoxia with intravenous injection of FeCl 3. Methods: MPAP, CEC, NO, MDA were measured by pulmonary arterial catheter technique, electron microscopic and cell collection techniques. Results: MPAP, CEC, NO, MDA were raised gradually in the hypoxic pulmonary hypertension group (P<0.01), these in the group of hypoxia with intravenous injection of FeCl 3 were raised markedly (P<0.01).Conclusion: The vascular endothelial injuries in the type of pulmonary hypertension induced by hypoxia with intravcnous injection of FeCl3 was more severe than that of simple hypoxic pulmonary hypertension, and the new pulmonary hypertension rat model may reflect the effects of inflammatory process in the pathogenisis of pulmonary hypertension.
