Abstract: The text focuses on thinking and mode about postgraduates’ training in Traditional Chinese Medicine. From it’s development course,it can be seen that postgraduates’ training though start late,develop fast. According to TCM’s present condition,It is put forward that with the aim of training creative, compound, and applied talented person, cultivating post-graduates of TCM should pay attention to the training of traditional medical theoretical knowledge, TCM clinical skills, modern medical knowledge and scientific research techniques, thus making TCM postgraduates become advanced medical talented persons with solid traditional Chinese and modern medical professional knowledge and practical creative ability.
