影响神经元特异性烯醇酶检测因素的探索

Research of effect factors on neuron specific enolase mensuration

  • 摘要: 目的:探讨不同样本之间神经元特异性烯醇酶水平的差异,以及血液标本放置不同时间、溶血等因素对NSE水平检测的影响,并对北京地区148例健康人血清NSE水平进行了调查。方法:应用ROCHE公司E170型全自动电化学发光分析仪测定NSE水平。结果:E170型全自动电化学发光分析仪精密度和稳定性较好;血清与血浆之间NSE水平无明显差异;血液标本与血细胞一起放置时间过长时,NSE水平会明显增高;当溶解红细胞释放1 g Hb,NSE含量平均会升高17.21 ng·mL-1结论:检测NSE的血液标本应立即送检,或及时将上清与血细胞分离;检测NSE的血液标本应严格避免溶血;NSE水平与年龄、性别无明显相关。

     

    Abstract: Objective: To study the difference of neuron specific enolase(NSE) level between serum and plasma,and the effect factors on NSE mensuration.Methods:To measure NSE level by using electrochemiluminescent principle and E170 automatic analyzer.Results: E170 system is very stable.There was no difference of NSE level between serum and plasma.It could make NSE level increased obviously if the sample was stored with blood cells together.Hemolysis could make NSE level increased very obviously,and there were 17.21 ng·mL-1 NSE in per-gram hemoglobin.Conclusion: When measure NSE concentration,the samples must be detected immediately or the serum and plasma were separated from blood cells in 2 hours,and the samples must be avoided hemolysis in order to make sure the NSE result is correct.
