Abstract: Objective: To validate the clinic therapeutic effect of the Periocline after medicine was put directly into the periodontal pockets Methods: Forty aged patients were selected.Every patient had a molar in the experiment group， and the other side molar in the contrast group.The molars in the experiment group were given Periocline in the periodoual pockets once a week and continued for one month.Results: The therapeutic effect of Periocline group teeth in the aged periodontitis patients are distinctly better than that of Contrastive group.Conclusion: Periocline can be ketp higher local consistenay for a long time in periodoutal pockets， and pleys the role of sterilization，It can be used as a kind of effective local assistant medicine，for treating the periodontitis
