中长链脂肪酸食用油对高甘油三酯血症患者脂代谢的影响

Effects of medium and long chain fatty acid triacylglycerol on lipid metabolism in hypertriacylglyerolemia patients

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨中长链脂肪酸食用油对不同年龄高甘油三酯血症患者脂代谢的影响。方法 随机将入选的高甘油三酯血症患者分为2组,分别食用中长链脂肪酸食用油(MLCT)和长链脂肪酸食用油(LCT),各组再分为60岁(含)以下和以上组。研究开始前和8周后对两组受试者进行人体测量、检测血生化、脐水平CT扫描计算脂肪面积。结果 8周后与对照组LCT相比,MLCT组60岁以下受试者的体重、BMI、腰围、臀围、腰臀比、体脂肪重、体脂肪百分比、脐部总脂肪面积、内脏脂肪面积和皮下脂肪面积的变化值与其对照组相比均明显下降。8周后与对照组LCT相比,MLCT组60岁以下受试者的ApoB、ApoAII、ApoC2以及ApoC3水平明显下降,MLCT组60岁以上受试者的ApoC2水平也明显下降。MLCT组60岁以下受试者的TG、LDL-C、ApoA1、ApoB、ApoAII、ApoC2、ApoC3、ApoE指标的变化值与其对照组相比均明显降低,而MLCT组60岁以上者除LDL-C指标外。结论 合理膳食条件下,中长链脂肪酸食用油可减轻60岁以下高甘油三酯血症患者体重、体脂肪,降低血甘油三酯水平和改善脂蛋白代谢。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of medium and long chain fatty acid triacylglycerol on lipid metabolism in hypertriacylglycerolemia patients at different ages. Methods Patients with hypertriacylglycerolemia were enrolled and divided into two groups. One group received long chain fatty acid triacylglycerol oil(LCT), and the other group received medium and long chain fatty acid triacylglycerol oil(MLCT). All patients were asked to have fixed energy intake and physical activity daily during the whole study,and consume 25-30g of LCT and MLC oils daily for 8 weeks. Anthropometric measurement,blood biochemical variables and CT scanning at umbilical level were done at the initial and final time points of the study. Results Compared with those who received LCT oil,the body weight,BMI,WC,HC,WHR,body fat,body fat %,total fat area,visceral fat area and subcutaneous fat area were significantly decreased in patients under the age of 60 years who received MLCT oil after 8 week. No similar results were found in patients over the age of 60 years. The levels of ApoB,ApoAII,ApoC2,and ApoC3 were significantly lower in patients under the age of 60 years who received MLCT oil than in those who received LCT oil. The levels of TG,LDLC,ApoA1,ApoB,ApoAII,ApoC2,and ApoC3 at the initial and final time points were significantly lower in patients under the age of 60 years who received MLCT oil than in those who received LCT oil. However,no similar results were noted in patients over the age of 60 years. Conclusion Consumption of medium and long chain fatty acid triacylglycerol can reduce body weight,body fat and concentration of blood triacylglycerol,thus improve apolipoprotein metabolism in hypertriacylglycerolemia patients under the age of 60 years.
