大鼠大脑中动脉缺血再灌注模型制备及行为学评价标准的改进

摘要: 目的:改进大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型的制备方法,并提出改良的行为学评价标准。方法:采用改进法制备模型并进行神经肌肉和前庭功能的评价,以观察改良方法和评价标准的可靠性。结果:模型大鼠出现神经功能障碍,脑组织缺血梗死。结论:该改良法制备的模型是研究局灶性脑缺血的理想实验动物模型。

Abstract: Objective: To establish a more simple,more reliable model of focal cerebral ischemia in Sprague-Dawley rats and to improve the old behavioral assessment.Methods: The focal cerebral ischemia model in Sprague-Dawley rats were improved by the method of Zealonga and Koizum.Then the reliability of this model was evaluated with a bettered examination of neurological method.Results: 90 minutes after MCAO,rats showed neurologincal functional obstacle.Conclusion: The improved model is simple,reliable,minor trauma and stable.It is advisable to use this experimental animal model to study focal cerebral ischemia.
