强直性脊柱炎滑液抗肺炎克雷伯菌合成肽抗体测定及意义

Study of Antibodies to Peptides Shared by HLA-B* 2705 and Klebsiella Pneumoniae Nitrogenase in Synovial Fluid of Ankylosing Spondylitis

  • 摘要: 为检验分子模拟机制在强直性脊柱炎(AS)发生发展中的意义,首先人工合成肺炎克雷伯菌固氮酶包含与HLA-B27分子同源序列的小肽,以ELISA方法测定AS患者滑液抗合成肽抗体,结果显示:AS组抗体水平显著高于对照组RA和OA,AS组IgA水平显著高于对照组,滑液免疫复合物低于血清水平。提示肺炎克雷伯菌感染加上细菌抗原与B27分子的分子模拟可能是AS发生的重要原因之一。

     

    Abstract: Fourty-four specimens of synovial fluid from patients with AS, RS, RA and OA were studied for antibodies to the peptids from HLA-B*2705 and Klebsiella pneumoniae which shared a QTDRED hexamer sequence. 40% of AS patients and 18.2% of RS patients showed elevated antibody activity compared with controls. Synovial IgA levels were also higher than that of the controls. The result points out that molecular mimicry between Klebsiella Pneumoniae and HLA-B* 2705 may take an important role in the pathogenesis of ankyiosing spondylitis.
