抗Ⅳ型胶原单克隆抗体的制备及其在IgA肾病中的应用

McAbs against human type Ⅳ collagen Preparation ane their application in IgA nephropathy

摘要: 制备了抗Ⅳ型胶原单克隆抗体（McAb）,利用Western blot法证实McAb与Ⅳ型胶原α₁链的120KD、95KD和60KD相结合,在IgA肾病中Ⅳ型胶原的分布与组织学改变成正相关关系,可以判断IgA肾病的病变程度和预后。

Abstract: McAbs against type Ⅳ collagen were produced.On Western Blotting they bound to 120KD, 95KD,and 60KD of α₁ chain fragments of collagen Ⅳ.Studies of renal biopsy specimen from 38 IgA nephropathy patients were made,using this McAb,to testify its characterization.Interestingly,it was found that its deposition within glomeruli corresponded to the distribution of collagen Ⅳ in general.
