异柠檬酸脱氢酶基因状态对弥漫性胶质瘤手术策略的影响研究进展

Research advances in effect of isocitrate dehydrogenase gene status on surgical strategies in diffuse gliomas

  • 摘要: 异柠檬酸脱氢酶(isocitrate dehydrogenase,IDH)是弥漫性胶质瘤分子分型的重要分子标志,对弥漫性胶质瘤的诊断、个体化治疗及预后预测具有重要意义。弥漫性胶质瘤具有浸润生长的特性,外科手术难以将肿瘤彻底切除,而IDH基因状态可以影响弥漫性胶质瘤的手术策略,指导手术切除范围。本文回顾了近年来有关弥漫性胶质瘤分子分型和手术策略的研究,就IDH基因状态对弥漫性胶质瘤手术策略的影响进行综述。

     

    Abstract: Isocitrate dehydrogenase (IDH) is an important molecular marker for molecular subtype classification in gliomas, which is of great significance for the diagnosis, individualized treatment and prognosis prediction of gliomas. Diffuse gliomas are difficult to be completely removed by surgery due to their invasive growth properties, while IDH gene status can affect surgical strategies and guide the extent of resection in diffuse glioma. This article reviews recent studies on molecular classification and surgical strategies and focuses on the impact of IDH gene status on surgical strategies for diffuse gliomas.
