预后控制外科理论数学模型的建立

Establishing a mathematical model for prognostic control surgery

  • 摘要: 决策是决定临床治疗结局的核心要素,也是信息技术融入临床实践的引导性突破点。人工智能技术的不断发展,使得对多模态医疗信息的分析能力不断增强。笔者前期提出了预后控制外科理论方法,该理论实现了全生命周期迭代优化治疗,开辟了外科决策定量化发展的新方向,用控制学方法对该理论进行更为精确的数学阐述有助于拓展理论的应用范围。

     

    Abstract: Decision-making is the key factor to determine the outcome of clinical treatment, and it is also the breakthrough point to integrate information technology into clinical practice. With the development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, the ability in analyzing multimodal medical information is increasing, so we put forward a theory, namely prognosis control surgery. The theory realizes the whole life cycle iterative optimal treatment and opens up a new direction for the quantitative development of surgical decision-making. And a more accurate mathematical description of the theory by the method of cybernetics will be helpful to expand the application range of the theory.
