人乳头瘤病毒E2功能研究进展

Research advances in HPV E2 function

  • 摘要: HPV是一种较为常见的皮肤黏膜感染性疾病病原体,其发生发展是HPV与宿主蛋白因子之间复杂调控的结果。HPV E2蛋白作为HPV的早期表达蛋白,不仅与HPV的复制转录相关,同时也可通过翻译后修饰等方式调控宿主蛋白,影响宿主细胞功能。本文总结了HPV E2蛋白的结构、生物学功能以及与宿主蛋白相互作用的功能与机制,旨在为进一步探究HPV感染机制和寻找HPV感染的新治疗靶点提供参考。

     

    Abstract: HPV is a common pathogen of skin and mucosa infectious diseases. Its occurrence and development are the result of complex regulation between HPV and host protein factors. HPV E2, as the early expression protein of HPV, is not only related to the replication and transcription of the virus, but also forms a complex protein interaction network with the host through post-translational modification and so on. In this review, we summarize the role and research advances of HPV E2 protein in HPV infection, hoping to provide reference for further exploring the mechanism of HPV infection and searching for new therapeutic targets for HPV infection.
