抗骨质疏松药物对糖代谢影响的研究进展

Research advances in effects of anti-osteoporosis drugs on glucose metabolism

  • 摘要: 目前研究发现,抗骨质疏松症药物除了治疗骨质疏松外,部分药物对调节糖代谢、延缓糖尿病进展具有正性作用。本文通过综述抗骨质疏松症药物对糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者糖代谢的可能影响,以期为此类人群有效的抗骨质疏松治疗提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Current studies have found that in addition to treating osteoporosis, some anti-osteoporosis drugs have positive effects on regulating glucose metabolism and delaying the progression of diabetes. This article reviews the possible effects of anti-osteoporosis drugs on glucose metabolism in patients with diabetes and osteoporosis, in order to provide reference for effective anti-osteoporosis treatment in this population.
