去泛素化酶调控骨改建相关信号通路的研究进展

Research advances in regulation of bone remodeling signaling pathway by deubiquitinating enzymes

  • 摘要: 去泛素化酶通过去除蛋白连接的泛素链,从而在维持细胞蛋白质的功能和稳定性中发挥关键作用。近年来不断有研究发现去泛素化酶参与调节生长发育进程中的骨改建过程。骨改建达到功能平衡需要诸多信号通路参与其中,例如成骨相关的Wnt/β-catenin、BMP等信号通路,骨吸收相关的NF-kB、RANKL/RANK信号通路等。本文简要介绍了泛素-去泛素化过程,并且就去泛素化酶通过调控成骨、破骨信号通路蛋白的功能和稳定性参与骨改建作一综述。

     

    Abstract: Deubiquitinating enzymes play a key role in maintaining the function and stability of cellular proteins by removing protein-linked ubiquitin chains. In recent years, it has been found that deubiquitination enzymes are involved in the regulation of bone remodeling during growth and development. To achieve functional balance in bone remodeling, it requires the participation of many signaling pathways, such as Wnt/β-catenin and BMP signaling pathways related to bone formation, and NF-kB and RANKL/RANK signaling pathways related to bone resorption. In this paper, the process of ubiquitin-deubiquitination is briefly introduced, and deubiquitination enzymes are involved in bone remodeling by regulating the function and stability of osteogenic and osteoclastic signaling pathway proteins.
