原花青素对中枢神经系统的保护作用及其机制研究进展

Research advances in protective effects of proanthocyanidins on central nervous system and their mechanism

  • 摘要: 中枢神经系统疾病是一类病因及发病机制极为复杂的疾病,其治疗和干预措施的研究一直是神经科学领域的重点和难点。近年来,原花青素作为一种天然抗氧化剂,在清除自由基、抗氧化、抗炎与抗凋亡等方面的显著保护作用而受到广泛关注,在中枢神经系统损伤的研究领域也已经取得了显著的进展。本文详尽阐述了国内外关于原花青素对中枢神经系统损伤保护作用及相关机制的研究进展,特别是在神经退行性疾病、化学药物引起的神经损伤、应激导致的神经损伤、脑血管疾病以及脊髓损伤等方面的应用情况。原花青素作为一种潜在的治疗中枢神经系统疾病的天然化合物,其保护作用和机制研究的不断深入,将为开发新的治疗策略提供重要依据。

     

    Abstract: The etiology and pathogenesis of CNS diseases are complex, and the current effective interventions are limited. In recent years, proanthocyanidin for central nervous injury in the clearance of free radicals, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory and anti-apoptotic protective effect has drawn much attention, and it has been used in a variety of central nervous injury related experimental and clinical research, including neurodegenerative diseases, chemical drugs caused by nerve injury, stress caused by nerve injury, cerebrovascular disease and spinal cord injury, etc. This review clarifies the protective effects of proanthocyanidins on CNS injury and its related mechanisms.
