血清C反应蛋白、纤维蛋白原与原发性肾病综合征相关分析

Relation of serum C reactive protein and fibrinogen with primary nephritic syndrome

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨血清C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen,FIB)与原发性肾病综合征(primary nephrotic syndrome,PNS)的相关性。 方法 采用免疫比浊法测定血清CRP和FIB水平,比较66例PNS患者和40例健康对照组的血清CRP、FIB和其他生化指标。 结果 PNS患者血清CRP水平明显高于对照组。Pearson相关分析显示CRP与质量指数(body mass index,BMI)、收缩压(systolic blood pressure,SBP)和舒张压(diastolic blood pressure,DBP)呈正相关(P< 0.05),CRP、FIB与24 h尿蛋白相关性分析r值分别为0.615、0.723,显示在试验组CRP、FIB与24 h尿蛋白存在一定程度的正相关关系(P< 0.05)。 结论 PNS患者体内微炎症反应,凝血状态的变化在PNS的发生和发展过程中起一定作用。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study relation of serum C-reactive protein (CRP) and fibrinogen (FIB) with primary nephrotic syndrome (PNS). Methods Serum levels of CRP, FIB were measured in 66 PNS patients (PNS group) and 40 healthy subjects (control group) by immune turbidimetry and compared with other biochemical indexes. Results The serum CRP level was significantly higher in PNS group than in control group (P< 0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that the serum CRP level was positively related with the body mass index(BMI), systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) (P< 0.05).The r value of CRP and FIB was 0.615 and 0.723 respectively, suggesting that CRP and FIB are positively related with 24 h urinary protein(P< 0.05). Conclusion Micro-inflammatory reaction and blood coagulation play a certain role in the occurrence and process of PNS.
