超声引导下穿刺活检在骨骼肌肉系统疾病诊断中的价值

Application of ultrasound-guided biopsy in diagnosis of musculoskeletal system diseases

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨超声引导下经皮穿刺活检在骨骼肌肉系统疾病中的价值并总结部分疾病的声像图特征。 方法 对2010年6月-2012年6月来我科就诊的32例骨骼肌肉疾病患者行超声检查并在超声引导下经皮穿刺活检。 结果 32例穿刺标本,28例得到明确组织病理学诊断,定性诊断率为87.5%(28/32),经术后病理及临床随访确诊,穿刺定性诊断的28例中有26例与最终结果相符合,穿刺定性诊断符合率为92.9%(26/28)。炎症、转移瘤以及良恶性病灶具有特征性声像图表现。 结论 超声引导下经皮穿刺活检骨骼肌肉系统疾病准确性高,并发症少,可为临床诊断和鉴别诊断提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the application of ultrasound-guided biopsy in diagnosis of musculoskeletal system diseases and summarize their imaging features. Methods Thirty-two patients with musculoskeletal system diseases who underwent ultrasoundguided biopsy and ultrasonograpgy in our department from June 2010 to June 2012 were included in this study. Results Of the 32 patients who underwent ultrasound-guided biopsy, 28 were diagnosed with musculoskeletal system diseases by histopathology with a qualitative diagnostic rate of 87.5% (28/32).Of these 28 patients, 26 were followed up, during which they were finally diagnosed with musculoskeletal system diseases by pathology with a qualitative diagnostic rate of 92.9% (26/28).Inflammation, metastatic tumor, and benign and malignant foci showed their characteristic ultrasound and imaging features. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided biopsy is highly accurate in diagnosis of musculoskeletal system diseases with few complications, and can be used in clinical diagnosis of musculoskeletal system diseases and in their differential diagnosis.
