全机器人心脏手术后患者早期疼痛的观察及护理

Nursing for patients with early pain after total robotic cardiac surgery

  • 摘要: 目的 对全机器人心脏手术后早期患者的疼痛特点进行观察,找出疼痛规律,制定有效的干预措施。 方法 通过应用视觉模拟评分法对289例机器人心脏手术患者术后第1~4日内的疼痛程度进行评估,并分析疼痛的原因。 结果 手术后第1、4天轻度疼痛患者所占比重高,分别为81.0%和67.8%;第2、3天中度以上疼痛患者增加,分别为51.9%和50.5%,剧烈疼痛分别为7.3%和2.8%。在引起疼痛的原因中,手术伤口造成的疼痛占主要原因,术后第2、3日分别为96.5%和84.1%,术后第1、4日所占比重也仍占各类原因之首,其次是胸部引流管牵拉、体位的改变、肺部物理治疗护理及肩背痛等。 结论 全机器人心脏手术后疼痛是有规律可循的,应采取针对性的护理措施,减轻患者的疼痛。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the regularity of pain in patients after total robotic cardiac surgery by observing its characteristics and formulate its effective intervention measures. Methods The pain in 289 patients on days 1-4 was assessed according to the visual analogue scale. The causes of pain were analyzed. Results The percentage of patients with mild pain on days 1 and 4, moderate pain on days 2 and 3, and severe pain was 81.0% and 67.8%, 51.9% and 50.5%, and 7.3% and 2.8%, respectively. The most common cause of pain was surgical wound (accounting for 96.5% and 84.1%, respectively, on days 2 and 3 after operation), followed by intrathoracic drain tube traction, body position change, lung physical therapy, shoulder and back pain. Conclusion The regularity of pain can be observed in patients after total robotic cardiac surgery and nursing measures should be taken to alleviate the pain in different individuals.
