经典型与劳力性热射病动物模型之比较

Comparison between classic and exertional animal models of heat stroke

  • 摘要: 目的 比较经典型热射病大鼠模型与劳力性热射病大鼠模型的异同。 方法 雄性SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组、高温高湿安静暴露组(classical heat stroke,CHS)、高温高湿跑台运动组(exertional heat stroke,EHS),每组10只。监测大鼠肛温(T,℃)、达到发病终点T 42.5℃的时间、发病后大鼠血清肌酸激酶(creatine kinase,CK)水平;观察各组大鼠解剖后主要脏器病理变化(Hematoxylin-eosin染色)。 结果 大鼠平均发病时间EHS组为(58.333±9.309) min,CHS组为(108.333±23.166) min,EHS组较CHS组发病时间明显加快(P<0.01),但两组死亡率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。EHS组与CHS组大鼠发病后血清CK水平的平均值分别为(4 444.44±1 287.915) U/L、(1 208.217±192.802) U/L,EHS组较CHS组血清CK水平明显增高(P<0.01);EHS组大鼠各主要器官(小肠、肾脏、骨骼肌等)病理损伤较CHS组大鼠明显加重。 结论 在动物模型上,劳力性热射病较经典型热射病在发病初期的各器官功能损伤发展更迅速,更严重。

     

    Abstract: Objective To compare the classic and exertional animal models of heat stroke. Methods Thirty male SD rats were randomly divided into control group, classic heat stroke(CHS) group, and exertional heat stroke(EHS) group(10 in each group). The rectal temperature, its time to reach 42.5℃, and serum creatine kinase(CK) level were measured. Lesions in their major organs were observed with H&E staining. Results The average onset time of heat stroke was significantly shorter whereas the serum CK level was significantly higher in EHS group than in CHS group(58.333±9.309 min vs 108.333±23.166 min, 4 444.44±1 287.915 U/L vs 1 208.217±192.802 U/L, P<0.01). However, no significant difference was observed in mortality between the two groups(P>0.05).The lesions of major organs(small intestine, kidneys, and skeletal muscle) were significantly severer in EHS group than in CHS group. Conclusion The function of different organs is impaired much rapider and severer in exertional animal model of heat stroke than in classic animal model of heat stroke at its early stage.
