受体肝纤维化大鼠小体积肝移植模型的建立

Establishment of small-size liver transplantation model for cirrhotic rats

  • 摘要: 目的 建立稳定的受体肝纤维化大鼠小体积肝移植模型。 方法 采用肝纤维化的SD大鼠, 行56.3%比例的小体积肝移植12例, 95.8%比例的全肝移植12例。 结果 成功构建了受体肝纤维化大鼠小体积肝移植模型;受体肝纤维化大鼠的全肝移植组术后24 h肝功能、7 d生存率明显优于小体积肝移植组 (P<0.05) 。 结论 成功建立了受体肝纤维化大鼠小体积肝移植模型, 可作为相关研究的有效动物实验平台。

     

    Abstract: Objective To establish the small-size liver transplantation model for cirrhotic rats. Methods Of the 24 SD cirrhotic rats,12 underwent small-size liver transplantation(56.3%) and 12 underwent whole liver transplantation(95.8%). Results The smallsize liver transplantation model was successfully established for cirrhotic rats.The liver function 24 h after operation and the 7-day survival rate were significantly higher in whole liver transplantation group than in small-size liver transplantation group(P<0.05). Conclusion The small-size liver transplantation model for cirrhotic rats can be used as an animal experiment platform for liver transplantation-related research.
