负压创面疗法作用机制的研究进展

Advances in mechanisms of negative pressure wound therapy

  • 摘要: 负压创面疗法处理临床上各种创面均具有显著效果。对其作用机制的研究有助于指导正确应用及进一步改进。本文综述了近些年负压创面疗法作用机制研究的最新进展。被广泛接受的机制包括收缩创面、稳定局部环境、减轻水肿和清除渗出物、增加血流灌注和促进肉芽组织形成等, 而细菌清除和抗菌作用方面的机制尚存争议。

     

    Abstract: Negative-pressure wound therapy(NPWT) exerts a significant effect on different wounds.Studies on its mechanisms contribute to its correct application and further improvement.Following is a review of the update advances in its mechanisms.NPWT can reduce the wound surface area,stabilize the wound environment,alleviate wound edema,remove wound exudates,increase blood flow,and promote granulation tissue formation,which are the widely accepted mechanisms of NPWT.However,it is still controversial on its antimicrobial efficacy and bacterial clearance.
